Wooly Weekend

Just got back from here -

the NY State Sheep and Wool Festival (aka Rhinebeck), where I had a fabulous time with my daughters.  Wonderful woolinesses!

And apologies for that terrible picture - though the next one is even worse:

RIP my poor old camera.  It had been stuttering along for a while and it looks like it's finally called it quits.
Argh.  Now searching for a replacement...

I'm on the look for a new camera too. I dropped mine and munched the lens :(
I'm sad, but it's about 10 years old (and it was a refurbished one), so I can't complain too much.
Hope you had fun at Rhinbeck!

So that's where you've been hiding! lol. I didn't get the entire story as I was sitting behind the big woolly sheep at the back of the bus, but it sounds like you had a great time. So happy for you.
P.S. My camera's a Canon Powershot. It has Wifi and can download directly to your phone if you wish. Best buy ever, IMHO. anywho! Just saying.
Enjoy the new woolly purchases. ;^)

I don’t knit enough. Maybe retirement will remedy that. I’ve always thought Rhinebeck sounded like too much fun!

Canon Powershot is a GREAT choice - we've had several of them through the years. I've gotten now to where I mostly use my iPhone camera, simply because It goes with me wherever I go.

I don't envy you the job of finding a new camera. Glad you had such a fun weekend though!
