Poor Goldilocks. What a time she's had with these pickles!
The first pickle was too small...
and the second pickle was too big...
But she kept trying and trying, and at last she found a pickle that was just right...
Here's the whole gang of pickle dishes -
(that's going to make for a lop-sided quilt...)
And here's what it would look like if I really were crazy enough to make a pickle-in-a-pickle-in-a-pickle...
That's pretty silly, even for me...

LOL So how many have you made so far?
Pickles happen.
You did a great job with your redrafted patterns, glad you ended up with a size you were happy with. It's a fun scrappy block, but takes a bit of time. Thanks for sharing with 'sew stitch snap SHARE'
Looks like you've been having fun figuring these out! I'm looking forward to seeing what you do next. :)
Great post -- pickles happen (great comment Libby)
Very pretty pickles!
You are in a pickle. I love watching people work out blocks. This is one I mean to try myself sometime. So many ways to use fabrics with it.
I actually like the pickle in a pickle in a pickle, but just enough for a small wallhanging and not a whole quilt.
So much work! Wowsers, are you dedicated!
Need I say I LOVE Pickle in a Pickle in a Pickle? Can't believe you made three pickles that would fit perfectly together.
But any old Pickle is good too. Pickles rule!
What a pickle you're in trying to get it just right. You have much more patience than I do for these types of projects. I love the idea of a pickle in a pickle in a pickle. Happy sewing!
Looks like you've been into the pickle juice!
Might sound silly but looks great!!!
I can't tell you how impressed I am that you redrafted the first pattern and made more points -- and now I guess you redrafted that pattern, too? I like all of them but I especially like the middle size. I'm looking forward to seeing what you do with these. You always make such fun, bright, creative quilts!
