Sort of like Sweetie Pie, but with more feathers... (And I think the background looks like birdie footprints!)
And there's this little floral gal -
And this little piggy, too. I'm not sure if he's into geometry or astrology. Or Dr Who, maybe.
And here's my new favorite piggy of the lot -
I'm crazy about that feathery print!
And lest you think it's all kaleidoscopes and piglets around here, I've also been bravely
Still dithering about how to lay it out.
I'm really liking that on point setting better. I'll have to do some math, though, to recalculate how many components I'll need. (The mathy part of my brain just went squeeee...)

Com'on Gayle, admit it. You are secretly trying to make a piglet fly lol. Love the "owl look" on the last piglet. Too cute. All geared up for Halloween, isn't it? Adorable, the entire lot. Do you know that Sea of Tranquillity is a real place. Wish I could afford some vacation there but it's kind of far. It's on the moon. Yes, our moon. Anywho! On point, makes me sea sick, so I love the on-point setting. :^D
Can't not like the little piggies, but I love your Storm at Sea!
Your stormatsea is looking exciting! It's interesting, to me there seems to be a bit more movement happening when it's on point.
I like the on-point storm-at-sea better, too. Until Linda mentioned the movement I couldn't put my finger on why I like it better, just that it was better. I don't always know the 'why', I just go with it.
Another vote for on-point. But, then, you know I'm an on-point kinda gal. I saw pineapple on that last piggy.
Please tell me there's some monkeys monkeying around somwhere... they haven't got lost, have they?
(Also, I prefer on-point too!)
Perfectly pumpkin-colored piggies! The math needed for on point settings makes my eyes glaze over, but you knew that...
You've definitely get a great (whats a group of pigs called?). At any rate, those are definitely very fun blocks. Your Sea of Tranquility is coming together beautifully.
Molly sent me to the post office yesterday to send you more pigeon fabric. And don't worry, she filled that envelope with so much padding that I'm sure the pigeons will arrive without a blemish.
those pigs are a way to use your fabric, and keep your fabric. They are adorable in these prints. LeeAnna
Oh, my my! I love the on point setting.
I love all your piggies. I vote for an on point setting for your seafaring quilt (glad I don't have to do the math!) along with everyone else. I also love your candy corn kaleidoscope blocks!
Do you have enough of those piggies for a quilt now? Looks like the first one swallowed a few pigeons which reminds me of that song with the lyrics..."I don't know why she swallowed a fly".
Yes, on point rules!
Oh the pigs this month had me laughing....so darn cute. Storm at Sea is coming along beautifully!
I like the on point Storm at Sea, too! The yellow and orange piggies are adorable! The last little feathery one looks a little wind blown!
Wow, you're in Piggy Nirvana this week! So cute!! And Storm at Sea of Tranquility looks fabulous on point. You have such fun, fun things going on!
On point is the way to go if you can do the math, or get a four-year-old with a calculator to do it for you. I am nominating you and Sally to go on Project Runway as expert piglet outfit designers. Can't you see them all trotting and squealing down the runway in their finery?
Just love your little piggies! My hat off to you on the storm at sea! I haven't made one of those yet.
I miss making piglets! It will be fun to see what you end up making with your blocks. Thanks for linking up with Oh Scrap! I always enjoy seeing what you are up to :)
I'm looking forward to seeing all these piglets fly into a quilt! Sea of Tranquility is a perfect name for your SAS project - looking forward to seeing this one complete as well - whether square or on point.
I am a sucker for that feathery print, too. Any print like that -- I think they often look more like peacock feather -- grabs me.
Love the pigs in the collection this week!
The storm at sea is gorgeous any which way!
