It's the last Saturday in May, so time to trot out the last of my red blocks for the RSC.
Three more Antique Tiles were stitched up.
I've been enjoying making these blocks. With all those simple seams, they also make a dandy leader/ender. (Special thanks to Cathy for throwing her blocks out as bait and sending me off down this path!)
And I gathered all my Chips for May, and was happy to find I'd made 16.
(I always let myself be surprised with the total at the end of the month. It's a lot more fun that way!) (By the way, Cathy started me off on these blocks, too. I'm such a copycat...)
And that wraps up red for May. Angela just announced that June will be purple, and I can hardly wait!
Linking with SoScrappy for ScrapHappy Saturday and with Quilting is more fun than Housework for Oh Scrap! Come join the fun!

Done with RED??? I've still got my Full Stop block to make. LOVE the variety in your scrappy blocks, Gayle!!
love the red blocks!
Great job on the Antique Tiles. I love how changing the values changes what you see first in those blocks. I'm looking forward to seeing the chips together. The background fabrics will make it so interesting I think. Enjoy playing with purple! (It's finally YOUR month!) ;^)
Both the Antique Tiles and the chips are such great blocks! I might have a hard time resisting!
Congrats on getting your Glitter blocks together, Gayle!! Looks awesome! So do all of your RED blocks for the RSC, by the way.
I think I might sew up a block or two of Antique Tiles, They look like a great project for RSC. Happy stitching!
Now that Glitter is almost complete, I'm anxious to see which project moves to forefront. Obviously antiques tiles and chips both need more colors added, but there must be some lingering leftover RSC blocks from earlier years that can come out to play.

Every week I admire those tile blocks and think about making some. Maybe I'll try that for next year's RSC!
