And more cookies and more cookies.
Whose stupid idea was this, anyway?
I'm so Christmased out at this point that I'll deck the next person who says "Ho ho ho." (Working in retail will do that to you. Believe me.)
I'm currently waiting for the last batch to cool so I can put them away.
How crazed do you have to be to be sitting here at 1:30am waiting for cookies to cool...
To hell with the cookies.
I'm going to bed.
Bah humbug to all, and to all a good night.
Is someone going to get on the counter and eat or destroy the cookies?
ReplyDeleteOMG. Bed, woman! (aye aye aye ... nightmares, can't sleep over here. Maybe I'll make cookies...)
At this stage of my life I finally decided I didn't need the stress this year. Minimal on everything and no knitted gifts this year. Merry Christmas.
ReplyDeleteCookies! We are currently out of cookies and I reminded the other half that he said he was on a diet, yet he ate most of the three batches of cookies I made 10 days ago for gifts. He gets no more cookies until after New Year's and will have to make due with fruitcake and pie.
ReplyDeleteNitey-nite.
Geez, girl, sounds like you need a large glass of Nog. Nog makes all things better.
ReplyDeleteI hope you got a good rest! I'm baking cookies here, too, and really need to stay away from the peanut butter kisses. Far away.
ReplyDeleteGood luck with not bopping any hohoho-ers. :D
When I worked in retail, I was usually Christmased out by the first of December. I feel your pain... I'd like to say it will all be over by Sunday, but then there are the boxing days sales.... Here's to January!
ReplyDelete(And Im sure your cookies are delicious!)
Poor baby, Christmas in retail hell -- no wonder you are crabby!
ReplyDeleteI hope none of the four-legged family members snacked on or played with the cookies overnight...
Yeah, it's time for the season to be over.
