Both compliment the center nicely.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6104148299938856670.post-2086348966539564812015-05-10T17:05:17.842-04:002015-05-10T17:05:17.842-04:00Readig everyon's ideas is a lot of fun! But whatever you choose, I hope YOU love it the best!LIttle Penguin Quiltshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05963436433585505550noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6104148299938856670.post-48586266489731516812015-05-10T14:31:24.300-04:002015-05-10T14:31:24.300-04:00I too keep changing my mind when it comes to borde...I too keep changing my mind when it comes to borders. It was fun to "hear" your thoughts through the process. I like pictures 1 and 6 the most. Because the Mountains blocks make a star, I don't think they should be in the border by themselves. It looks more like a different block just being added at the end. You know I mean. Anyway, that's my humble opinion. I like the big large orange border but would cut through it with a thin black border. Again, it's only my two pence. The last picture of your leaders quilt is awesome. Good luck with the borders. As for the orange, I can't tell without seeing the whole quilt. Don't think it should compete too much with the border itself. A terrific quilt, however you finish it.PaulaB quiltshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/03850498636712774853noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6104148299938856670.post-56971126367338160452015-05-09T01:36:07.997-04:002015-05-09T01:36:07.997-04:00I like 5 and 6. Maybe yo could make 3 narrow borders if you go with 5 or 2 narrow borders if you go with 6, but definitely dark in all cases.Melissa https://www.blogger.com/profile/09715821932017662524noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6104148299938856670.post-5288016961085053192015-05-09T01:19:34.734-04:002015-05-09T01:19:34.734-04:00Border choices for me are 1 and 4b.
