Well, as PaulaB pointed out, at least my sewing machine is working.

And I'm heartily glad about that.  I'm still holding my breath that my computer will hold together until the new one gets here (I've got one on the way!), but in the meantime, I can happily keep on sewing.

I've got all the pieced borders for Big Twinkle assembled, and three of them are sewn on.  You can see how the corners are going to resolve here.

Once I get that last border on, I'll be able to add the 6" plain borders, and then I can start panicking about the quilting!  8)

I started the center medallion for the 365 Challenge.  Here's the center of the center medallion -

There are some star points and four-patches to add around the outside, and then I can start the March blocks.   (Only two weeks behind!  Yay!)
It's a relief to be working with a larger size block, frankly.  Here you can see the February 27th block next to that medallion  part.

Quite a size difference, eh?  But fear not, I'll be back to 3" blocks in no time.
Wouldn't want to get too comfortable with blocks I can actually see or anything...

I could look at that twinkler quilt all day long. Thanks for sharing it with Oh Scrap! And I also love to see all your little 365 blocks. That is not a project for me!

Your 'big twinkler' is looking wonderful! Love how the border fits in! And yes, I was wondering what the finished size will be, it looks big!

Love the twinkler quilt...especially the sashing/borders! I'm at about the same point as you in the 365. Hopefully, longarming will only take half a day today and I can settle into some serious catching up this afternoon!

Ditto all the comments on the big twinkle! I must have missed a post about your medallion/365 plans...

Your twinkle stars are amazing and I wasn't sold on the green. Lesson learned!

And why is it that people can draw, cut, embroidery (and sew) with their sewing machines, but we can't still can't edit photos and blog from them?

You're making an amazing quilt. It looks like it wants to be an heirloom. :^)
Good for you for being only two weeks behind. I am more than a month behind as I haven't done Feb 14 yet. It looks so complicated. :^( I am happy you decided to go with a new computer. Hope it gets to you sooner than later. Enjoy! ;^)
