I'm pretty good at setting individual clocks and watches, but somehow it always takes me several weeks to get around to all of them.
I have reset the same watch 10 times in the last 5 weeks. (And once more tomorrow.) I have no idea what time it actually is but if an alarm goes off, I drink coffee.
This time adjustment is difficult on my body. It's confused as to when it is suppose to eat and sleep. I don't wear a watch and my clock on my cell phone adjusts itself automatically....yea!!!
